The Forum equips high level experts from both nations with the necessary tools for collaborating on policy briefs at U.S. think tanks, government agencies and research centers, which will ultimately culminate in the development of policy recommendation and conclusions, and establish long-standing bilateral partnerships. The policy brief will be presented in Washington D.C. in June and at the final conference in Moscow in November 2007.
