FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – October 31, 2013. The University of New Hampshire School of Law recently wrote an article detailing IIPI’s Innovation Opportunities project in the Philippines. Stanley Kowalski, Head of UNH Law’s International Technology Transfer Institute, Andrew Jaynes, former Executive Director of IIPI, Richard Cahoon, former Director of the Cornell University Research Foundation, and Jason Nickla, Director of intellectual Property at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center visited Manila, Davao, Legazpi, and Cebu to lead workshops teaching Philippine Universities how to capitalize upon their inventions through a process called technology transfer.  After the workshops, many Philippine Universities wrote letters attributing their increasingly successful technology transfer programs to the knowledge and tools IIPI’s experts provided.
